A comprehensive structure integrating applied lessons, studio classes, chamber music, technique classes, ensembles, pedagogy, mindfulness practices, wellness, and communication development all work together to create the unique saxophone program at Hartt.

High expectations are set to reflect the skills necessary to succeed in competitive fields, while the individualized process also acts as a vehicle for the potential self-actualization of students. Hartt saxophonists perform on and off campus in a wide range of venues, and alums work in an array of interesting musical careers.
